Payments For Online Users

We proudly accept Credit Cards & PayPal. Just follow the instructions on your screen for payment instructions. Once the payment has been cleared we will ship the products.

When a Fraudulent or Questionable Payment is Involved

If a situation arises where a payment does not clear, is fraudulent, or is not accepted there may be a $75-100 fee or a 35% restocking fee & your products will not be shipped.

Sales Tax

Only Ohio-based orders will be charged a sales tax of 7.75%. Orders not shipped within the state of Ohio (eg. South Dakota, New York) will not be charged any sales tax.

Ordering Products & Payments Accepted

There is only one way for customers to order products from unBuiltmodels.com, which is by ordering online.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, & American Express. We also are a PayPal Verified merchant. All payments must be in the currency of US American ($) dollars.

Unconditional Money Back Guarantee

We have an unconditional money back guarantee return policy once you receive your product(s). We will proudly refund your money for just about any reason (within reason). All products that have been used, glued, or painted by the customer are not eligible for return & will not receive a refund. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping charges when returning any product back to us and that there may be a 35% restocking fee to all unused items.

Shipping & International Shipping Fees

You will be notified via email when your products have been shipped along with the product's tracking information, if available. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We will determine the carrrier.  We use USPS and UPS

Shipping outside of the US are charged international shipping fees based on a product’s weight & shipping dimensions. Currently we only offer USPS Priority Mail International service.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately. Keep in mind that once an order has left one of our warehouses it can no longer be canceled. Any order that is being cancel will incur a 35% cancellation/restocking fee.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates range in price. To qualify for a discount, you must accept all the terms & conditions. There will be a coupon code provided with each gift certificate you purchase. This code is needed to make the gift card active. Please be sure to have the code ready at the time of checkout to receive the discount. Once you use the gift certificate it will no longer be active.

CacheTurn Solutions (unBuiltmodels.com) is not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged, unauthorized, or improper use of gift cards.

Are Children Allowed to Shop unBuiltmodels.com?

CacheTurn Solutions does not support the selling of products to individuals under the age of 18. However, if you are under 18, you may purchase products from unBuiltmodels.com only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
